TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before
using Splattered or it's website
www.playsplatteredcom, operated by Robert Janes,
independant developer. Your access to and use of
the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and
compliance with these terms. These terms apply to
all users, free-to-play or paying customers.
By access the service you agree to be bound by
these terms, if you disagree with any part of these
terms you may not access the service.
Community Guidelines.
As the service is an online community with players of
all ages, players must agree to the community
guidelines. Failure to adhere to the community
guidelines is considered violation of the terms of
service and action may be taken against your
account.
Community Guidelines:
A. Communication - All players must be respectful
and show good sportsmanship towards other
players. Harassment, bullying, vulgar language,
inappropriate links, warez and other activity deemed
inappropriate by the developer may result in
termination or suspension from the service.
B. Cheating - Use of third party services, or use of
exploitations or glitches, will be considered cheating
and result in termination of your account.
Termination of Service.
The developer reserves the right to terminate or
suspend access to the service immediately without
prior notice or liability for any reason whatsoever.
Termination of Account.
The developer reserves the right to terminate an
account immediately for violation of the terms of
service.
Limitation of Service.
The developer reserves the right to place limitations
on certain accounts such as limiting access to
various features of the service for violation of the
terms of service.
Changes.
The developer reserves the right to change, modify
or replace the service and or the Terms of Service at
any time.
Lost or Stolen Accounts.
You are responsible for the safety and security of
your account. As there are no in-app or in-product
purchases, account security is the sole responsibility
of the customer using the service. Lost or Stolen
Accounts MAY NOT be restored. It is recommended
you contact customer support for help.
Governing Law.
The laws of the Government of Canada and the
Province of British Columbia shall govern the
service.
